Next, think about which service you need
You can use Intelligent Divorce on your own or work with your ex-partner.
Solo service: this means working on your own to get a legal opinion on your case from a specialist family law barrister. This could be to help you in your negotiations with your ex-partner, give you guidance on the likely outcome if you are using the court system or just to see what the court might think is fair.
Co-operative service: this means you co-operate with your ex-partner to catalogue your assets and agree their value. This allows the barrister we instruct to give a balanced legal opinion, taking into account everything you have told them. That opinion can form the basis of an agreement between the two of you.
Don't worry, you don't have to decide which service is for you straight away. You can switch from the solo service to the co-operative service at any time up to the point when you want to submit your information for the barrister's opinion.
And on both services we are always here to offer you help and support whenever you need it.
